Course Description:
This 12-week certification course equips aspiring Health Storey coaches with foundational knowledge and practical skills to support clients in achieving improved health baselines and healthy lifestyles. Through coaching methodologies, behavioral science, and health education, participants learn to facilitate lifestyle changes and empower their clients to live healthy lifestyles.

- Weekly questions based on materials – client worksheet evaluation.
- Practice coaching sessions submission in writing notes evaluation.
- Case study analyses and action plans for a client
- Final practical coaching demonstration in the form of a workshop presentation with worksheet.
Certification:
Successful completion of the course requirements, including practical and written assessments, will earn you a recognized Health and Life Coaching Certification.
